About the roleYou’ll join our AI team to build the core infrastructure powering Gilion’s AI-driven financial analysis. You will:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that process and serve customer data for AI agents.
• Integrate with AI orchestration systems to ensure agents have access to the right agentic tools (MCPs) and data for their tasks.
• Continuously refine automated analysis workflows to improve accuracy, scalability, and robustness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to extend data capabilities and handle new data types or sources.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines and LLM features in production.
  
  

Background / Profile

• Proven experience as a software engineer / backend engineer and working in a microservice architecture.
• Strong backend development skills (Python, Go or similar), with deep understanding of service design and APIs.
• You’re a strong coder who writes clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• You’re excited by the idea of using AI to solve real customer problems and improve product experiences.
