The Cyber Security Analyst monitors and responds to security events, utilizing technology and intelligence sources to identify and eliminate threats. They work with all levels of Epiq associates to perform forensic reviews and enforce policy. The Analyst also provides mentorship and guidance to entry level Cyber Security Analysts.
Shift: Mon - Fri - 24:00 - 8:00
It's a remote position within Poland.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages escalations from various security tools and multiple tenants.
- Reviews security procedure violations and provides training to prevent recurrence.
- Reviews security timelines for device events.
- Responds to phishing alerts and investigates suspicious files on devices.
- Addresses tickets from SIEM channels.
- Develops metrics to ensure reliability and stability of systems, networks, applications, and data.
- Receives escalations from Senior Analysts and reviews peer's tasks for accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years work experience in computer systems with specialization in computer security.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be a self-managed/self-driven individual.
- CompTIA: Security+, A+, CySA+; EC-Council: CEH, CND; Microsoft SC-200 and/or GIAC (SANS): GSEC licenses.
