Data Scientist

A senior data scientist with significant commercial experience in building and deploying classical machine learning models, particularly for customer analytics (e.g., churn, propensity) or advanced forecasting. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Python, proficient with SQL, and have a proven track record of translating business problems into technical solutions, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and seeing projects through the entire lifecycle from data prep to validation. Without strong, hands-on experience in these specific domains and the ability to manage business stakeholders, do not proceed.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with classical data science and ML models
• Solid knowledge of customer analytics or advanced forecasting
• Model hyperparameter tuning and validation frameworks
