Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably Master’s degree,
- 6+ years of experience in delivering projects with an Agile manner,
- Certifications related to Scrum, Kanban, SAFe is a plus,
- Excellent organizational oral and written communication skills,
- Strong presentation skills with the confidence to engage and influence diverse audiences,
- Well-organized and results-oriented, with a structured approach to achieving measurable outcomes,
- Professional and diplomatic approach when engaging with all levels of the organization,
- Comfortable working in an environment with a high degree of change,
- Ability to manage organizational change initiatives,
- Strong focus on outcome-driven development, supported by relevant knowledge and practical experience,
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving and diplomacy skills in order to guide, influence and convince others,
- Proven track record of breaking down large-scale initiatives into SMART, incremental deliverables.
Job Description
- Providing Agile coaching, which will require expertise in Agile principles, methods and techniques (such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Extreme Programming),
- Guiding teams through Agile Life cycle management tool – Jira,
- Mentoring: To focus on people and continuous improvement all the time and provide a platform for team development. To create a safe environment for healthy conflict and meaningful collaboration,
- Delivering effective training courses on a variety of Agile transformation related topics (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe practices) as well as contributing to customer design,
- Facilitating learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching,
- Coaching senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices thoroughly,
- Communicating agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization,
- Supporting the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams,
- Undertaking daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are achieved,
- Maintaining objectivity regarding issues and how to troubleshoot them by applying agile principles,
- Organizing stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status,
- Supporting teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery,
- Setting up the required infrastructure / routines required to run Scaled Agile effectively,
- Enhancement and execution of enterprise portfolio management framework with +6 agile teams.
