Senior Project Manager (PMO)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager within the Project Management Office (PMO) of our IT organization operating in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a large portfolio of numerous concurrent projects and actively contribute to corporate transformation and change processes.

What We're Looking For

• University graduate from relevant departments
• At least 5 years of project management experience (preferably banking/fintech)
• Strong experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, PPM, etc.)
• Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
• PMP certified
• Able to adapt quickly to change and take a proactive role in transformation processes
• Ability to work effectively in a heavy workload and fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

What You'll Do

• Managing IT and digital banking projects end-to-end
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously within a high-volume project portfolio
• Ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality targets are met
• Coordinating with business units, software teams, and third parties
• Proactively managing risks, problems, and dependencies
• Ensuring compliance with PMO methodology and governance standards
• Providing regular, transparent, and effective reporting to senior management
• Delivering projects using Agile methodologies
• Supporting organizational adaptation by taking an active role in change and transformation processes
