About The Client
Our client is a large, international manufacturing group with a multi-site footprint and operations spread across several European markets. The business combines high-volume, repeatable production with a continuous pipeline of change initiatives—ranging from capacity expansion and process optimization to supply-chain improvements, automation/digitalization, and cross-site standardization.
Because the organization works in a matrix (plants + central functions + Group stakeholders), many initiatives depend on shared resources, synchronized timelines, and fast decision-making. The company is now strengthening its execution model to improve predictability and transparency: clearer priorities, better coordination between locations/functions, fewer delivery “surprises,” and stronger follow-through from planning to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and run the company’s “execution cockpit”: a practical system that shows what really matters right now, what is blocked, what needs a decision, and what will slip without intervention.
- Create a simple, repeatable way for leaders and teams to operate: routines for steering, decision-making, escalation, and follow-through that increase delivery speed without adding bureaucracy.
- Raise the quality of planning and coordination across sites: improve how initiatives are scoped, sequenced, and connected, so work doesn’t collide between functions.
- Turn delivery into measurable outcomes: define clear success criteria, track leading indicators, and drive corrective actions when execution drifts.
- Strengthen “delivery leadership” across the organization: coach initiative owners, improve accountability, and help teams resolve conflicts and dependencies quickly.
- Act as the senior fixer when things get stuck: align stakeholders, force clarity on trade-offs, and restore momentum in critical initiatives.
- Provide leadership with decision-ready insight: options, consequences, and recommended moves—focused on impact, not reporting for reporting’s sake.
- Significant experience in running complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-paced, multi-stakeholder environment (industrial/manufacturing strongly preferred).
- Track record of establishing execution routines or governance that improved predictability, prioritization, and delivery outcomes at scale (e.g., transformation office, delivery excellence, enterprise execution, operational excellence programs with project content).
- Solid command of structured delivery approaches (hybrid/traditional/agile) proven by outcomes; formal certification is welcomed but not the only indicator.
- Strong analytical capability paired with the confidence to challenge priorities and drive closure on decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management: you can build authority through competence, not hierarchy; you negotiate, align, and hold people to commitments.
- Fluent English (C1) for daily work in an international setting.
- Driving license (cat. B) and readiness for occasional travel.
- You are not a “template PM”—you operate like a business execution leader: you keep many moving parts aligned and make delivery inevitable.
- You simplify complexity into a few clear priorities, dependencies, and decision points.
- You’re comfortable being the person who says: “We can do A or B now—doing both will break delivery.”
- You know how to create just enough structure to make teams faster and more reliable.
- You remain calm under pressure and can rescue initiatives without drama.
- A highly visible, cross-business role with real mandate to improve how initiatives are executed across sites and functions.
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and influence on priorities, sequencing, and delivery outcomes.
- International context and initiatives with tangible operational and business impact.
- Competitive compensation package aligned with scope and seniority.
