Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication or related fields.
- Having at least 3 years’ experience in IT, including at least 2 years with a mobile operator.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and mobile network architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, Android systems and Office Programs.
- Professional knowledge of the principles of mobile networks, network equipment, self-service devices, and their modules (knowledge of lockers is an advantage).
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make optimal decisions based on those conclusions.
- Ability to develop/implement solutions based on identified problems.
- Competent written and spoken language, business correspondence skills.
- Communicative, experienced in solving complex technical issues, reducing incidents, and working in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and business correspondence skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done.
- Knowledge of English is must for communicating with colleagues from Kazakhstan
- Knowledge of ITIL Processes is plus.
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
- For male candidates, military service has been completed or postponed for at least two years.
Your Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the device network.
- Monitor and continuously improve the performance and reliability of the device network.
- Develop and implement solutions based on regular maintenance and operational insights
- Ensure agreed service levels and device availability targets are consistently met
- Create clear, simple, and actionable documentation and operational instructions
- Communicate and transfer identified problems to relevant teams and oversee the development and implementation of solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive problem resolution and ensure alignment across departments.
- Develop clear, concise, and actionable documentation and operational guidelines.
- Provide technical support both on-site and remotely, and develop clear, structured technical documentation.
- Operating Incident Management, Case Management, Alarm Management processes within the technology.
- Resolving cases submitted to the Technology Operations team via the ITSM Tools, and forwarding unresolved cases to other teams for follow-up.
- Resolving system incidents 7/24, taking defined actions, and quickly informing the solution teams.
- Working closely with Product & Engineering teams to improve and evolve Products.
