Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year undergraduate program in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles (preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services),
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying complex datasets and working with data warehouses,
• Solid understanding of financial metrics, portfolio analysis (NPL, Vintage, Roll-rate), and basic credit risk concepts,
• Experience in customer segmentation, campaign analytics, and A/B testing methodologies,
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar platforms,
• Experience or interest in process automation using RPA tools,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail,
• Ability to translate data insights into clear and actionable business recommendations,
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

• Support financial reporting and portfolio monitoring processes by analyzing NPL, Vintage, and Roll-rate metrics in collaboration with finance teams,
• Provide analytical support for credit loss provisioning and contribute to financial decision-making processes,
• Perform profitability analysis across products and customer segments to identify growth and efficiency opportunities,
• Identify and create target customer segments (e.g., “Gold Customers”) for cross-sell and retention campaigns using SQL,
• Analyze customer behavior, churn risk, and inactive usage patterns to propose proactive business actions,
• Measure the effectiveness of risk strategies and marketing campaigns through A/B testing and performance tracking,
• Automate manual data processes such as campaign list generation, reconciliation, and reporting workflows using RPA or scripting tools,
• Design, develop, and maintain management dashboards to monitor key metrics such as approval rates, collection performance, and campaign conversion,
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure data-driven decision-making,
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, translating analytical findings into business insights,
• Contribute to improving data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities within the organization.
