Business Analyst

Job Description

Job Responsibility:

• Perform end-to-end incentive processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform ad-hoc business incentives simulation, data analysis requests with quick turnaround
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and knowledge of SQL, SAS, PowerBI or similar BI and Analytical tools will be added advantage
• Automate recurring tasks, simulations, processes, adjustments to reduce manual effort
• Develop and maintain incentive-related datasets for analysis, insights and ad-hoc requests
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in outputs
• Effective workload prioritization
• Manage data-related challenges, timely communication with management and stakeholders for timely corrective actions where required
  
  

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Database Analytics or related discipline required
• Must have at least 4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or data analytics (incentives/sales performance preferred)
• Familiarity with Retail Banking products, distribution, and sales structures
• Functional knowledge of banking MIS, management reporting, and performance KPIs
• Candidates should have good Communication and Presentation skills. Ability to liaise with business teams to perform best practice in data representation and data sharing
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Base SAS certified professional will be preferred
• Openness to learn/adapt new technologies as per the changing business trends
