One Identity Manager Developer (IAM) – Oslo | Onsite

We’re supporting a major transportation organisation on the search for a One Identity Manager Developer to join a high-impact IAM transformation programme.

This is a hands-on development role focused on building, customising and optimising the One Identity Manager platform across identity lifecycle, governance and access automation.

What you’ll be doing

You will build and configure One Identity Manager, create workflows and provisioning logic, develop connectors and integrations, and work hands-on with VB.NET and SQL. The role also involves supporting identity lifecycle processes (JML) and access controls, while integrating the platform with systems such as Active Directory, Azure, and HR platforms.

Required Skills

• One Identity Manager (v8.x / v9.x)
• VB.NET and SQL
• Workflows, connectors and provisioning
• Identity governance (RBAC, access control)
• SAML / OAuth / OpenID

Nice to Have

• One Identity Web Designer
• CyberArk / PAM
• One Identity certifications
