Senior EUC Onsite Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EUC Onsite Support Engineer to provide dedicated field support services across enterprise locations. The role involves supporting end-user devices, printers, asset lifecycle management, VIP support, IMACD requests, and coordination with OEM vendors.

This position requires strong hands-on expertise in endpoint management, hardware lifecycle support, and enterprise IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices (iOS & Android).
  • Manage and troubleshoot Azure AD, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, and Intune environments.
  • Handle Outlook PST & OST issues, print spooler errors, and endpoint configuration problems.
  • Support all printers and scanners (networked & standalone), including driver installation and physical troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors for in-warranty hardware repair and replacement.
  • Own and drive hardware refresh and imaging/re-imaging activities.
  • Manage IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) requests.
  • Support new hire onboarding (hardware setup, software installation, CMDB updates).
  • Manage offboarding process including asset collection and inventory updates.
  • Maintain and track hardware asset inventory; share monthly stock reports.
  • Provide high-priority persona-based support for VIP & VVIP users.
  • Participate in major incident, change, and problem management activities.
  • Assist in BCP/DR drills and provide hands & feet support during outages.
  • Support data backup activities as per enterprise data policies.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware logistics and disposal of EOL assets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Onsite / Field Support Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Windows Autopilot
  • SCCM
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Outlook PST & OST management
  • Print spooler troubleshooting
  • ServiceNow ticketing tool
  • Experience handling VIP/VVIP users
  • Strong experience in IMACD & hardware lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting manufacturing / industrial sites (preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
