Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Investment Manager to join our dynamic team at CoinTR. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OTC (Over-the-Counter) transactions and an established portfolio of high-value clients. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, driving business growth, and expanding our trading ecosystem through impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard high-value clients and institutional partners to CoinTR’s platform.
• Leverage your existing portfolio to establish immediate business opportunities and drive growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate entities familiar with OTC transactions.
• Stay ahead of market trends to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, legal, trading, and operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client service.
• Represent CoinTR at key industry events and conferences to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in investment management, OTC transactions, or a related role in the cryptocurrency, finance, or fintech industry.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage an existing portfolio to drive immediate results.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading mechanisms, and blockchain technology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
