I’m recruiting for a fast‑growing accounting‑tech startup that’s transforming month‑end finance operations through automation and AI. They’ve surpassed £1m ARR, earned industry recognition, and are scaling rapidly across the UK, Australia, and North America. They’re now expanding their engineering team as they move into their next phase of growth.

The Role

You’ll report directly to the CPTO and work closely with the wider team to build next‑generation accounting technology. While the product involves deep accounting workflows, no prior accounting experience is required — just a willingness to learn, supported by dedicated time and budget for personal development.

This is a high‑ownership role where you’ll help shape product direction, test hypotheses quickly, and build scalable, dependable features once validated.

Tech stack:

• TypeScript

About You

My client is looking for someone who:

• Has multiple years of frontend engineering experience
• Has experience working in start-ups
• Can move pragmatically and solve real-world product problems
• Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments
• Works well both independently and collaboratively
