Product Manager
Type: FTE
In-Office Policy & Location: 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) at SSC (1 Concord Gate)

Must Haves
- 3+ years of experience in product management within an eCommerce, digital, or technology-driven environment.
- 1+ year of people management experience.
- Experience defining product strategy, owning product roadmaps, and driving end-to-end delivery.
- Strong ability to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Hands-on experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including the use of KPIs, web analytics, and customer insights.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technology, UX, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven story telling abilities and hands-on experience navigating tough conversations.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Toronto with occasional local travel.
Nice to Haves
- Online retail experience.
- Previous people management or team leadership experience.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
- Experience partnering with US-based or global product teams.
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, or contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Miro, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience supporting product rollout, change management, and training documentation.
Day to Day
The client is looking for a Product Manager to support the definition, launch, and ongoing optimization of digital and eCommerce experiences. This individual will be responsible for selecting and optimizing product solutions that support an interconnected digital strategy, while contributing to long-term product vision and roadmap execution.
The Product Manager will work closely with senior eCommerce leaders, technology teams, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into actionable product strategies and requirements. This role will own short- and long-term product roadmaps, manage and prioritize backlogs, and continuously measure and improve product performance against defined goals and KPIs.
In this role, the Product Manager will monitor the competitive landscape, leverage market research and customer insights, and make informed trade-off decisions to balance scope, timeline, and quality. They will also collaborate with cross-functional and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery, rollout, and adoption of product initiatives. The position includes active participation in Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication, and, where applicable, people leadership, coaching, and talent development.
