Product Analyst

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Product Analyst who turns customer behaviour into better product decisions. This role focuses on understanding how users engage, where they drop off, and what drives retention and revenue. You will partner with Product, Data, Engineering and Business teams to ensure we build what truly moves the needle — not just what’s requested.

Responsibilities:

• Define and track key product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization)
• Identify growth opportunities through funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis
• Translate data into clear recommendations for roadmap prioritization
• Enabling informed decision-making across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
• Ensure product features align with user needs, resulting in higher adoption, satisfaction, and retention rates.
• Support Product Managers, designers and Engineering teams with well-defined requirements, reducing rework, conducting UAT and accelerating delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product strategy, improve user experience, and enhance business outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Strong SQL proficiency; comfortable querying large datasets independently
• Solid understanding of product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization)
• Experience with Tableau and data visualization best practices
• Familiarity with experimentation concepts (A/B testing, hypothesis design, interpreting results)
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of data structures, system flows, APIs, or tracking implementation
