Project Manager

Our client is a highly accredited, established provider of state-of-the-art protection and critical operational solutions tech consulting firm within the Asia-Pacific region. They specialize in delivering comprehensive, turn-key systems, managing the full project lifecycle for their clients.

About the role:

• Drive the achievement of organizational goals through the concurrent supervision of multiple strategic initiatives. Direct and execute the entire lifecycle of complex technology and specialized engineering solution projects, strictly adhering to scope, timelines, budget, and governing compliance standards.
• Assume accountability for all segments of comprehensive (turnkey) solution deployment, encompassing initial requirements definition and analysis, technical design, systems/software engineering, roll-out, complex systems integration, data migration, quality assurance (testing/commissioning), and provision of continuing maintenance services.
• Formulate and maintain the foundational project management plan, ensuring precise definition and transparent communication of responsibilities, performance objectives, commitments, expected outcomes, schedules, critical dependencies, and potential risks to both internal resources and client stakeholders.
• Oversee all project financials, including budget allocation and tracking of costs, with the mandated objective of maximizing revenue generation and profit margins.
• Develop and apply a robust risk mitigation framework designed to systematically identify, review, and establish proactive countermeasures for all foreseeable project hazards.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Degree in a technology, computing, or engineering discipline, or equivalent professional background.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience successfully managing large-scale, complex technology and engineering integration projects, coordinating delivery teams across multiple functions.
• Holding a recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CITPM, or similar professional accreditation) is preferred.
