The Digital Asset Practice Lead is accountable for building, scaling, and leading the firm’s Digital Asset practice across strategy, go‑to‑market, presales, delivery, and people leadership. This role combines deep domain expertise in digital assets with strong commercial acumen and delivery leadership to drive sustained revenue growth, market credibility, and client success.
The role partners closely with sales leadership, delivery teams, and ecosystem partners, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders while ensuring high‑quality execution across the practice portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Go‑to‑Market & Business Development
- Define and execute the Digital Asset practice go‑to‑market strategy, including service offerings, solution packaging, and competitive positioning
- Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline in partnership with sales teams, contributing directly to practice P&L ownership and revenue targets
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic vendor, platform, and ecosystem partnerships relevant to digital assets and blockchain technologies
- Represent the firm at industry events, client forums, and conferences, and drive thought leadership through whitepapers, presentations, and market insights to strengthen brand presence
Presales Leadership
- Lead presales engagements end‑to‑end, from opportunity qualification through proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract award
- Architect and own responses to RFPs and RFIs, translating complex client requirements into differentiated, commercially viable solutions
- Conduct client discovery workshops, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations, clearly articulating value propositions, ROI, and delivery approach
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure proposals are scalable, executable, and aligned with practice capabilities
Delivery & Project Lifecycle Management
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle for digital asset engagements, from initiation through go‑live and post‑implementation review
- Define and enforce delivery governance frameworks, quality standards, and assurance processes across the practice portfolio
- Act as the senior escalation point for delivery risks, commercial issues, and client concerns, maintaining trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with contractual commitments, commercial objectives, and client expectations
Delivery & Project Lifecycle Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing team of consultants, architects, and delivery professionals across the digital asset domain
- Define and evolve capability roadmaps aligned with emerging digital asset technologies, regulatory trends, and client demand
- Drive continuous improvement through delivery retrospectives, knowledge sharing, and incorporation of market and technology developments
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across the practice
PROFILE
- 12 - 15+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation environments, with a demonstrable track record spanning practice build‑out, business development, and large‑scale delivery ownership
- Proven success building and scaling a practice (or equivalent portfolio) with direct accountability for revenue growth, pipeline conversion, and P&L performance
- Deep, hands‑on domain expertise across digital assets, including blockchain platforms, tokenisation models, digital custody, trading infrastructure, and adjacent Web3 ecosystems
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience structuring, pricing, and negotiating high‑value, multi‑year services engagements
- Demonstrated leadership in complex presales cycles, including executive‑level storytelling, solution architecture, and risk‑balanced commercial proposals
- Credibility as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence strategic decision‑making across business, technology, and risk domains
- Proven capability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams (consulting, architecture, delivery) across geographies, fostering accountability, capability development, and high performance
- Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, and governance considerations related to digital assets, particularly within enterprise or regulated environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and ROI narratives
- Recognised market presence or thought leadership (speaking engagements, publications, ecosystem participation) is a strong advantage.
