Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Digital Platform & Token Ecosystem Associate to support platform-level analysis and ecosystem participation across blockchain-based applications. This is a full-time, paid role focused on tracking user interaction across Web3 platforms, analyzing token-based systems, and contributing to structured insights related to digital product ecosystems.

The role involves monitoring how users engage with decentralized platforms, identifying trends across token usage and participation, and supporting internal initiatives related to platform growth. The ideal candidate actively uses Web3 applications and understands how digital platforms and token systems interact.

Responsibilities

Track user activity across blockchain platforms, wallets, and decentralized applications  

Analyze token usage, participation, and engagement across Web3 platforms  

Monitor ecosystem growth across digital platforms and token-based systems  

Support internal insights related to platform adoption and user interaction  

Assist in preparing structured summaries of ecosystem activity and platform usage  

Track developments across DeFi platforms, NFTs, and blockchain-based applications  

Collaborate with team members on platform and ecosystem initiatives  

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems  

Hands-on experience using crypto wallets, dApps, or DeFi platforms  

Understanding of token systems, digital platforms, and user participation  

Experience with research, analytics, or crypto-related work is a plus  

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  

Good communication and organizational abilities  

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 USD per year depending on experience.  

Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
