Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex network and infrastructure issues across multiple environments
• Support and resolve escalated technical issues from internal teams and clients
• Design, implement, and maintain network solutions including firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure
• Support server and identity environments (Active Directory, Entra ID)
• Work across cloud and on-prem environments, including Azure (VMs, VPN gateways, Intune)
• Participate in project-based work including network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
• Perform onsite troubleshooting, installation, and support as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in network, systems, or infrastructure roles
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing)
• Hands-on experience with networking equipment (Cisco, SonicWall, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, etc.)
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID)
• Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across both network and system layers

Nice to Have

• Azure experience (AZ-104, AZ-700)
• Networking or security certifications (Network+, Security+, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
