We are seeking an experienced Cognitive AI Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of advanced Cognitive AI platform capabilities. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and multi-tenant platform services consumed across multiple stakeholders and enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, prioritize features across vendor-delivered workstreams, and ensure alignment across architecture, security, data governance, operations, and commercial teams. You will also shape the service catalog experience, lifecycle management, and adoption strategy to deliver measurable business and technical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, value proposition, and multi-year roadmap for Cognitive AI capabilities
- Translate stakeholder needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Prioritize core platform components including:
- Model inferencing services
- RAG / knowledge base capabilities
- Fine-tuning pipelines
- Agentic enablement frameworks
- Observability and analytics
- Multi-tenancy and multi-cloud services
- Manage vendor delivery workstreams, dependencies, and milestones
- Define service catalog offerings, onboarding flows, and operational SLAs/OLAs
- Drive governance with architecture, security, and privacy stakeholders
- Establish product analytics and adoption tracking metrics
- Coordinate documentation, training, release notes, and stakeholder communications
- Lead launch readiness and continuous improvement cycles
- Ensure compliance with performance, security, and support requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong product management experience for complex platform products
- Understanding of AI platforms (inference, RAG, fine-tuning, governance, guardrails)
- Experience defining KPIs, SLOs, and measurable outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multi-vendor delivery environments
- Clear communication for both executive and technical audiences
Preferred Background
- 8+ years of product management experience in platform, cloud, data, or AI/ML products
- Experience delivering API-based products and developer platforms
- Exposure to multi-vendor delivery models and KPI-driven acceptance frameworks
- Experience working in regulated environments with security and data governance requirements
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes-based platforms
- Experience launching AI-enabled products is highly desirable
