Sales Manager - Jira & Testing Services
Role Summary
The Sales Manager will drive enterprise revenue growth in the OMAN market by selling:
• Atlassian (Jira, JSM, Confluence) licenses & consulting
• DevOps & ALM transformation services
• Software Testing & Quality Engineering services (Automation, Performance, Managed QA, T&M)
The role requires strong enterprise selling capabilities, C-level engagement, and experience closing mid-to-large IT services deals.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Revenue & Sales Growth
• Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets (license + services revenue).
• Sell:
• Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence
• Cloud migrations & enterprise implementations
• QA Automation frameworks
• Performance & Load Testing
• Managed Testing Services
• Testing T&M engagements
• Build and maintain pipeline coverage of at least 3x quota.

🔹 Enterprise Account Management
• Target key sectors:
• Government
• Banking & Financial Services
• Aviation
• Telecom
• Large Enterprises
• Develop account strategies for top 20 priority accounts.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, PMO, and Digital Transformation leaders.

🔹 Sales Cycle Management
• Manage full sales lifecycle:
Lead → Qualification → Discovery → Proposal → Commercial Negotiation → Closure.
• Work with presales, architects, and delivery teams for solution positioning.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ submissions and bid defense meetings.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.

🔹 Strategic Development
• Identify cross-sell opportunities between Jira and Testing services.
• Position Jira as enterprise ALM / ITSM backbone.
• Position Testing as risk mitigation, digital quality, and compliance enablement.
• Support vendor relationships (Atlassian ecosystem).
• Participate in industry events and client roundtables.

Requirements
• 7–10+ years experience in enterprise IT sales in Oman & KSA.
• Proven track record selling:
• SaaS / Software licensing
• IT services / Managed services
• DevOps / Testing / Digital transformation services
• Experience closing deals AED 1M+ preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
• SDLC & ALM
• Agile & DevOps
• ITSM frameworks
• QA automation lifecycle
• Existing OMAN enterprise network is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
