About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale GenAI-powered automations and intelligent agents for internal business workflows.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, engineering, and business systems, collaborating closely with stakeholders and platform teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions with real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy GenAI automations and AI agents into internal workflows
• Develop and maintain application code, orchestration logic, and integrations
• Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HCM, collaboration tools, etc.) via APIs and events
• Use existing platform and data capabilities instead of rebuilding from scratch
• Define and implement quality checks for AI/agent behavior, iterate based on feedback
• Ensure production readiness: reliability, security, observability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support rollout into operations
• Create reusable templates, patterns, and technical solutions

Ways of Working

• Work in short delivery cycles from idea to production
• Partner closely with AI / Process Leads and business stakeholders
• Coordinate with platform, data, and security teams
• Operate with high autonomy, making implementation decisions within defined standards
• Communicate risks, trade-offs, and progress clearly

Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering or automation engineering
• Proven track record of building production-ready systems
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs, events, workflows
• Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (APIs, tool/function calling, RAG basics)
• Solid engineering fundamentals: testing, debugging, code quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirements
• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English: B2+

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks or prompt/application architecture
• Knowledge of evaluation and monitoring for AI systems
• Familiarity with security and identity/access patterns
• Experience with CRM / ERP / HCM systems or internal enterprise tools
