Requirements:
- Proven track record in the L&D sphere with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Expertise with LMS (experience with Articulate Storyline is a plus)
- Deep expertise in training needs analyses and L&D effectiveness measurement
- Understanding of e-learning principles
- Good understanding of the newest trends in the field
- Experience with AI tools to streamline L&D activities
- English - upper-intermediate
Responsibilities:
- Learning platforms & vendors management: administration of Coursera and Udemy (licenses, contracts, payments, tickets), as well as coordination of English language programs.
- Mandatory compliance training ownership: maintenance and continuous update of in-house trainings (Information Security, GDPR, Code of Conduct, etc.), including annual retraining cycles and audit-ready reporting.
- EU AI Act training compliance: design of role-based learning paths, tracking completion, and ensuring evidence-based compliance with regulatory requirements.
- AI-enabled HR support solutions: development and maintenance of AI agents supporting employees and managers (e.g., IDP creation, leadership assessments).
- LMS ownership & analytics: end-to-end management of the Learning Management System, monitoring completion rates, eNPS, and consolidated reporting for leadership and audits.
