Experience required: 5 - 10 years

Candidate to Carry: Updated CV,1 passport size photo, Photocopy of Aadhaar and EPFO service history, All education /employment documents.

Job Requirement:

• Any Graduate with a minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10 + 2 + 3).
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Submission of all educational and employment documents is mandatory.
• The mode of salary credit for all previous employers should be through bank transfer. (No Cash in Hand)
• Good Communication Skills (Written and Oral)

Skill Requirement:

• 5 Yrs exp as Scrum Master
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies & scrum framework
• Has managed a scrum team
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and project life cycle from initiation till implementation
• Knows how to create project plans, effort estimations, risk highlighting and mitigation, stakeholder management
• Knows how to create status reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of JIRA, confluence apps
