Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our teams. The Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating our Agile projects, ensuring effective collaboration and guiding teams towards successful delivery. The role involves fostering a productive team environment, removing obstacles, and continuously improving processes to optimize the delivery of value to our clients.

Required Skills
- Agile Scrum Methodology: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools.
- Project Management: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Working Language: English to facilitate effective communication with our delivery managers in Romania.
- Communicate in French to engage with certain Product Owners.
- Scrum Master certifications.
- Knowledge of generative AI, particularly using assistants like GitHub Copilot.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively in a Scrum environment.
- Autonomy and proactivity in the management of daily tasks.
- Ability to be proactive and propose solutions to the client
- Client-oriented attitude with a sense of responsibility.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
