We're working with a rapidly expanding technology and digital transformation powerhouse on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a high-energy delivery specialist ready to bridge the gap between technical engineering, UX design, and marketing to drive impactful business change.

This isn't a role where you'll be stuck in the background; you will take full ownership of mid-sized workstreams within a fast-paced Agile environment. You’ll be the glue that holds cross-functional teams together, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure seamless project execution and delivery excellence.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical and business change projects, ensuring milestones are met across Engineering and Marketing workstreams.
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain project velocity.
• Act as the primary coordinator between UX designers and technical teams to ensure product features meet both creative and functional requirements.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation and reporting using Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Suite (Project/Planner).
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks while managing expectations across a diverse group of senior stakeholders.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in a Junior Project Manager, PMO, or Project Coordinator role within a fast-moving technology or software environment.
• Hands-on exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with project management software, specifically Jira and Confluence, for tracking sprints and creating documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders in Marketing and Creative teams.
• A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude with the confidence to work autonomously and take true ownership of project outcomes.
