Junior Business Analyst – Financial Services

Our client in the financial industry is looking for a curious and structured (Junior) Business Analyst to support several IT Projects.

What you will do

• Gather and structure business requirements for cross-department applications
• Analyse processes, identify gaps and help design future workflows and operating models
• Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations
• Support application owners with coordination tasks, workshops and planning
• Drive testing activities (incl. UAT) and monitor issues until resolution
• Keep documentation up to date, support user training and help drive adoption

What you bring

• Degree in Business, IT or a related field
• Around 3-5 years of experience in business analysis in financial services or consulting
• Basic familiarity with tools like SharePoint is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player
• Solid MS Office skills; experience with PM or documentation tools beneficial
