Software Engineer (Frontend Focus, React)

We’re building data-intensive, real-time logistics systems where frontend performance, state management, and reliability directly impact real-world operations.

This isn’t a typical frontend role.

You’ll be working on complex, high-density interfaces used by operational teams managing freight movements — where correctness and speed matter.

What makes this role different

You won’t just be building UI. You’ll be working on:

• Complex state and data flows across real-time systems
• Frontend architecture and component design
• Performance and scalability of high-density interfaces
• Reusable patterns and frameworks used by other engineers

This is a role for engineers who enjoy solving systems problems in the frontend, not just implementing screens.

You’ll likely be a strong fit if you:

• Have built complex web applications (e.g. SaaS platforms, logistics, fintech, ERPs, data-heavy dashboards)
• Are comfortable with state management, async data, caching, and performance optimisation
• Have contributed to component libraries, design systems, or shared frontend systems
• Can explain why you made technical decisions, not just what you built
• Care about UX in complex workflows, not just visual polish

A quick note on fit

This role is focused on frontend systems and data complexity. If your experience has been primarily in marketing websites, CMS platforms, or straightforward CRUD applications, this role may not be the best match — and that’s completely okay.
