Country Manager
Job Title: Country Manager – AI Solutions (Banking & FinTech)
Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Setup & Operations:
- Spearhead the establishment of the company’s operations in the region, including office setup, regulatory compliance, and staffing.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with global business objectives.
2. Business Development & Partnerships:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with banks, fintech companies, and other financial institutions in the region.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target organizations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with local institutions, regulators, and industry influencers to strengthen the company’s market position.
3. Market Strategy & Execution:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand local trends, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the global team to adapt the company’s AI solutions for the regional market.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
4. Financial & Performance Management:
- Own the P&L for the region, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Set and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with global targets and expectations.
- Provide accurate forecasts and regular performance reports to the global leadership team.
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the face of the company in the region, representing the brand at conferences, industry events, and media opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with global teams, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and initiatives.
- Drive a customer-first approach, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in the banking, fintech, or technology sectors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of setting up and scaling business operations in a new market or region.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of AI applications in banking and fintech, including compliance, risk management, and customer engagement.
- Strong network within the regional financial services industry.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
