We are looking for Scrum Master to lead and upskill project and delivery teams to meet frequent value drops (positive business outcomes) through embracing an Agile mindset and using the Scrum tools and ceremonies.
This position works closely with the business’s Product Owners and Formal Leaders and with key stakeholders internally and externally and is key in achieving project outcomes.
This role is based in Perth, WA.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead project teams that may be comprised of employees in the function, from other functions within the end client, and from partner organisations, providing a clear vision of the product; transitioning the team to a Scrum framework, establishing and embedding the Agile values and principles.
- Manage projects autonomously in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Provide guidance to the Product Owner and drive the team’s velocity and the cadence of the team, undertake prioritisation and planning/scoping for releases, lead Scrum sessions and all appropriate Agile ceremonies, planning and organise demos and product/system testing.
- Develop iterative communications plan and drive 360% reporting.
- Work with Product Owner to address barriers to progress and changes to scope.

Thought Leadership
- Lead and participate in activity to embed culture change towards AGILE across the business.
- Maintain and champion Agile/Scrum tools, toolkits, processes.
- Collaborate with other scrum masters, project leads, collaboration partners, and develop Agile/Scrum workflow and delivery process.
Qualifications
Core (Strongly Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / PSM II)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Project & Delivery (Nice-to-Have but Valuable)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
Domain / Technical Edge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps environments
- Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or energy sectors
