Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear requirements including user insights, business rules, flows, and UI behaviour.

Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing mobile app features.

Drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and break down complex requirements

Facilitate discovery, ideation, and requirement clarification sessions

Collaborate in agile squads (Scrum/Kanban) and participate in all ceremonies

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain strong engagement

Support prioritisation of features with a customer-first mindset

Work closely with developers on APIs and system behaviour discussions

Support UAT, validation, and delivery readiness
