The Role

We’re looking for a full-time UX/UI Designer who can blend luxury aesthetics with high-conversion e-commerce flows. You’ll work closely with our creative and development teams to bring products to life in Figma, refine user journeys, and experiment with AI tools to speed up concepting and iteration.

What You’ll Do

·       Design and refine desktop + mobile e-commerce experiences in Figma.

·       Create clean, on-brand visuals, layouts, and interaction patterns.

·       Collaborate with marketing to develop landing pages and campaign assets.

·       Use AI tools to generate design concepts, mockups, and creative variations.

·       Ensure designs meet both visual excellence and conversion-rate goals.

·       Conduct design QA before launch to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

What We’re Looking For

·       Proven experience designing premium e-commerce experiences.

·       Mastery of Figma and familiarity with prototyping best practices.

·       Comfort with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway).

·       Eye for typography, layout, and brand storytelling.

·       Strong portfolio showing high-end, conversion-focused work.

·       Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Growth

·       $10/hour USD (Full-time, 40 hours/week, remote).

·       Performance bonus for hitting KPIs (e.g., improved conversion rates, successful design-driven campaigns).
