Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery across multiple projects. This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
• Experience managing distributed or international teams
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience with reporting tools
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within a program
• Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, stakeholders)
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across projects
• Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery
• Manage budgets, resources, and priorities across initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and program governance
• Prepare and present regular status updates to leadership
