Foster + Partners is a global studio for architecture, engineering, urban and landscape design, rooted in sustainability.


The Regional IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing timely and effective face-to-face and remote 1st and 2nd line IT support and guidance across Foster and Partners’ Middle East offices. Working closely with the Regional IT Manager and wider IT team, this role will help to provide reliable, and high-performing IT services to enhance the user experience

• Able to demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities.

• Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based.

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Effective Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document solutions and processes. Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and levels of the organization.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in desktop operating systems (Windows, MacOS), mobile device management (iOS, Android), and the Microsoft Office 365 suite. Experience with remote administration tools and knowledge of ITIL processes in the context of Service Delivery.

• Experience with ITSM Tools: Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) tools such as FreshService or ServiceNow for ticket handling and incident management.

• Networking & Connectivity Knowledge: Understanding of basic network technologies, VPN, remote access solutions, terminal servers, and virus protection tools.

• Experience with End-User Support: Previous experience supporting a broad range of systems and peripherals, including laptops, printers, and virtual desktops/virtual applications. Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange administration.

• Flexibility & Availability: Able to work flexibility for shift and out-of-hours work as needed.

• Organizational & Time-Management Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information. Able to handle competing priorities and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional.

• Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-motivated, able to take responsibility, and demonstrate initiative with a proactive approach to daily tasks. Capable of managing incidents and fulfilling service requests independently.

• Physical Capability: Able to carry out tasks requiring physical activity, such as lifting and bending.
