Data Scientist – Ghent

My clients are looking for an enthusiastic talent to join their data team, someone who's looking to grow and develop their knowledge and skills in a professional start-up environment. Education in Data Science or any related markets are key. Software development knowledge is also great.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models
• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs
• Work with structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver scalable solutions

Your profile:

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar
• Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn)
• Basic knowledge of machine learning and data analysis
• Interest or experience with LLMs (e.g. APIs, prompt engineering)
• Software development background is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience with Hugging Face / OpenAI
• Knowledge of APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms
