Head of Information Security

We are looking for Head of Information Security to help ensure our digital growth is both secure and sustainable, reducing digital waste, enabling energy‑efficient systems, and protecting the technologies that power our green journey.

Your contribution to this goal will be to:

• Own the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap;
• Lead cybersecurity and data protection initiatives across the enterprise;
• Manage information security governance, policies, and standards;
• Oversee third‑party security, vendor risk management, and supply‑chain security;
• Collaborate with central IT, central Cyber Security & Data Protection teams, Legal, Compliance, HR, and executive leadership;
• Provide regular reporting to the executive team and the Group CISO on the organisation’s cyber‑risk posture.

You are a great match if you:

• Hold a higher education degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering;
• Have 7+ years of experience in a computer‑science–related field, preferably involving the implementation of cybersecurity requirements and data protection principles;
• Bring strong experience in both OT and IT security, including familiarity with IEC 62443 and key security technologies (SIEM, NDR, EDR/XDR);
• Understand information and cybersecurity risk management frameworks and relevant standards, such as ISO/IEC 27005, NIS2, and KütS;
• Have demonstrated ability to lead and maintain an ISMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001;
• Show strong strategic thinking, crisis‑management capability, and sound decision‑making skills, supported by excellent communication and collaboration;
• are proficient in English and/or Estonian.

The workplace is located in Tallinn (partial remote work opportunity, per agreement with manager).
