Job Title: Chief of Staff – Group Execution & Coordination

Report to: Group CPO, dotted line to CFO and CEO

Location: Germany / Italy (hybrid) – regular travel across European entities

Job Overview

This role is designed as an execution-focused Chief of Staff position. It requires a hands-on mentality, being a partner to support the management team, especially CEO and CFO in managing and scaling a European group with approximately 30 operating entities.

The role focuses on operational execution, coordination, and follow-through of CEO priorities, ensuring that strategic decisions are translated into concrete actions across the organization. A core element of the role is providing strong financial insight and supporting the coordination of cross-functional projects. Success in this role depends on credibility, structure, and reliability rather than formal hierarchy.
