DevOps Engineer

HT Immo is a technology-driven organisation focused on building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across Germany and Europe. We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to optimise infrastructure and streamline development workflows.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and testing processes
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Work closely with development and QA teams to improve release cycles
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability
• Continuously improve DevOps processes and tooling

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
