Technical Project Manager

Some teams talk about moving fast. This one actually does. My client builds technology that is used by companies all over the world and so, they need someone who can keep complex engineering work moving without losing sight of the detail.

The Role

You'll sit between product and engineering, turning ambitious roadmaps into shipped features. That means running sprints, managing dependencies, flagging risks before they become incidents, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks when multiple teams are in motion at once.

You'll need to be at home talking APIs, architecture, and deployments with engineers in order to ask the right questions and free up the right people.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end delivery of frontend and technical projects across your product areas
• Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Cross-team dependency tracking and proactive risk management
• Release coordination, go-live readiness, and post-release retrospectives
• Clear, consistent communication to engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Project documentation (Jira, Confluence, and beyond)

What You Bring

• 4–7 years of project management experience embedded with SWE teams
• Strong Agile and the SWE lifecycle knowledge
• Hands-on Jira experience and comfort navigating technical conversations
• The kind of follow-through that means things don't get dropped

The Package

Salary is budgeted at around €84k but can go higher for the right person, 10% bonus, health/dental/vision, overseas working, flexible hybrid working, and many more
