Business Project Manager

Our client is a regulated Credit Union providing financial services and lending solutions to both private and business customers in Lithuania. To support continued growth in the corporate lending area, they are now looking for a Business Project Manager in Kaunas to develop new business relationships, manage incoming loan requests, and collaborate closely with brokers and intermediaries.

This position is an excellent fit for a commercially driven professional with strong financial literacy and ambition to grow within corporate financing.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business clients;
• Manage incoming lending requests and guide clients through the lending process;
• Build relationships with brokers and external partners;
• Present client financing needs to internal decision makers;
• Promote corporate lending products in the local market;
• Support preparation of necessary documentation and transaction files;
• Contribute to revenue growth and portfolio quality targets;
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager.

🎓 Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, business, economics or a related field;
• Previous experience in financial services (bank, credit union, lending platform, etc.);
• Understanding of corporate lending or financial products;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Financial literacy and ability to understand client needs;
• Lithuanian language + intermediate English;
• Strong relationship-building mindset;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
