Project Manager

Franmax is a company providing IT services to retail chains owned by MAXIMA GRUPĖ in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Bulgaria.

MAXIMA GRUPĖ is the largest Lithuanian retail business operating in the Baltic States. MAXIMA GRUPĖ also conducts e-commerce activities — the company operates the online grocery store BARBORA in all Baltic countries.

We’re looking for Project Manager who wants to lead both IT and business change

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives (business + system implementation)
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and delivery quality
• Coordinate cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Ensure clear governance, decision-making, and progress tracking
• Support business teams in preparing for and adopting new processes or systems

Core Competencies:

• Proven project management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure in complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with POS systems implementation or transformation
• Experience in the retail industry
• Understanding of change management principles (organizational, process, behavioral change)
