Job Description

The Business Analyst Associate is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. They will collaborate with clients, project managers, functional consultants, and developers to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and implement business systems effectively. This role involves gathering requirements, documentation and act as a key interface between the users, project manager and development team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the project team to gather and understand client requirements
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Perform user acceptance testing
Help troubleshoot issues and ensure successful project delivery
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
Create process flow diagrams and documentation for current and future state workflows
Provide support to project managers in delivering project objectives
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, user stories and project documentations
Conduct training sessions for end-users

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
Knowledge of CRM, ERP or similar business systems
Basic understanding of project management methodologies
Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
