Community Development Specialist - Blockchain

Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the formulation and execution of comprehensive blockchain project ambassador operation strategies to enhance the project's influence in various countries and increase the number of community users worldwide.
  • Develop user growth strategies for local KYC users, brand growth strategies, and ecosystem expansion strategies.
  • Oversee the establishment, management, operation, and growth of global matrix accounts for the project's social media and community networks.
  • Develop local ambassador training systems, create training materials, and conduct regular ambassador workshops.
  • Formulate and implement global ambassador regional management strategies, and supervise and review the daily work of ambassadors.
  • Responsible for recruiting ambassadors in various regions to expand the international community team.
