Service Designer

🚀 Senior Service Designer / UX Designer (7+ Years)

📍 Netherlands | 💼 Contract (5 Months)

We’re working with a global brand to find an experienced Senior Service Designer / UX Designer to help shape and design complex, system-driven products.

This is not a typical UI/UX role — you’ll be working on data-heavy, backend-driven systems where visualising complexity is key.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design solutions for complex systems, data flows, and algorithms
• Translate abstract concepts into clear visual frameworks and insights
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, product, and tech
• Drive end-to-end service design and problem-solving
• Break down large initiatives into structured, deliverable plans

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in UX / Service Design
• Strong experience with complex systems or non-UI products
• Ability to visualise and communicate abstract concepts
• Proven experience working with stakeholders and business teams
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
• Experience in data-driven or platform-based environments

📌 Portfolio is mandatory

• Background in retail / e-commerce / consulting
• Experience in enterprise systems or internal platforms
• Strong systems thinking and business understanding
