Java Software Engineer

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team and help build reliable, scalable backend solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with modern Java frameworks, cloud-ready architectures, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Quarkus, and Spring.
• Build and optimize REST APIs and microservices for high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud deployments.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Quarkus and Spring Boot.
• Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Location:

Location will be Lisbon or Porto and the working model will be hybrid. Candidates must be living in Portugal.
