Overview

The Technology Operations Analyst will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Technology Operations. This includes overseeing IT systems, tracking software licenses, managing hardware and software procurement, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, technical acumen, and a proactive approach to aligning IT operations with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet organizational goals.
• Manage project resources and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, tech, product, senior management) and external partners (e.g., gaming system providers, regulatory bodies).
• Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify potential risks related to project execution and operational workflows.
• Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure that all projects and operations comply with gaming regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and responsible gaming guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with gaming system providers to ensure the reliability and security of lottery systems.
• Manage vendor relationships to align with the organization’s goals and quality standards

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills

• PRINCE2, PMP or CAPM is a nice to have.
• Degree educated is a nice to have as long as the candidate can supplement with decent work experience.
• 3 years as a project manager, within some form of Tech/FinTech/Gaming industry.
• Understanding of basic tech is a nice to have.
