• Experience in agile ways of working, e.g. Scrum
• Proven project management experience
• Experience in IT or software development projects is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and reliably
• Strong structured and organized way of working
