🌍 Project Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM / IGA) - Lisbon/Oporto

Lead a high‑impact global cyber‑security transformation

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to lead a major global initiative.

In this role, you will drive a high‑visibility programme focused on onboarding unmanaged applications to our IGA platform and implementing robust access reconciliation processes across the organisation.

This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering complex, multi‑regional projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the end‑to‑end project plan for onboarding new applications into the IGA platform.
• Monitor, report, and escalate the progress and compliance status of reconciliation activities across CIB.
• Ensure delivery of scope, schedule, quality, and budget in line with agreed commitments.
• Collaborate with CTO teams to ensure reconciliation automation is implemented according to plan.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM concepts: application onboarding, entitlement models (e.g. RBAC), provisioning, reconciliation, recertification, and segregation of duties.
• Ensure alignment with Group and CIB standards throughout project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, application teams, and security/compliance functions.
• Facilitate Steering Committees, regular status updates, and risk/issue reviews.
• Identify, track, and prioritise issues; lead root‑cause analysis and coordinate multi‑functional resolution.
• Escalate critical blockers to senior leadership with clear mitigation recommendations.
• Produce dashboards, KPI reports, risk registers, and periodic progress updates (e.g. onboarding rate, reconciliation coverage, exception trends).
• Act as a key liaison between the Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams, maintaining strong governance and alignment across onshore and offshore groups.

🛠️ Technical Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large‑scale global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred).
• Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA programmes on time and within budget.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience with IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security IGI, Oracle OIG).
• Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, certification, role mining, and segregation of duties.
• Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
