About The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience building real-world applications.

You’ll work on a mix of projects, including backend services, a cross-platform app (.NET MAUI), a cloud platform (ASP.NET & React), and supporting microservices.

This is a learning-by-doing role, with guidance from the team — we don’t expect you to know everything. However, we do expect you to have practical exposure to these technologies (through personal projects, coursework, or internships) and to be comfortable applying the fundamentals in a real-world context.

Location: Sibiu, Romania (Preferably on-site; hybrid possible)

What You Will Do

• Contribute to building real-world applications, including backend services, frontend interfaces, and cross-platform apps
• Work with databases, helping design and maintain structured, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with the team on active projects, contributing ideas and improvements
• Identify issues and implement practical, production-ready solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code aligned with team practices
  
  

What Skills You Will Develop

• Hands-on experience working on real-world, production-level projects
• Structuring backend services, databases, and frontend components
• Understanding how scalable systems and cloud-based applications are built
• Applying best practices in coding, architecture, and teamwork
• Exposure to end-to-end development workflows, from development to deployment
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We don’t expect professional experience, but we do expect practical exposure (projects, coursework, or internships) and a solid technical foundation.

Core Skills

• Backend fundamentals (C#, Java, Laravel or similar)
• MySQL (or similar) – basic database design
• Frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React is a plus)
• Git
• Personal projects or previous internships
  
  

Code & Structure

• Understanding of design patterns in practice
• Singleton (mandatory) + familiarity with Builder, Observer, Factory
• Basic clean code principles
• Nice to have: APIs, architecture, Linux / SysOps
