Senior .NET Developer - Hybrid Sibiu

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance applications using the .NET ecosystem and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework / .NET Core (.NET 6+)
• Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET technologies
• Strong proficiency in C#
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and building RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM tools like Entity Framework
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
